Why 5Habits?

Life has a habit of getting complicated, so along with my business partner and brother-in-law Jez, I've gone deep into discovering which habits can simplify our lives and allow us to focus on the stuff that really matters (like happiness!).  â€‹We've learned what the world's most successful and contented people do every day to live better lives. 

 

It turns out that there are just five habit types, if practiced consistently, will significantly improve your health and happiness. So, we built the 5Habits App to help people discover, share, and embed habits that have the biggest impact in their lives, yet with the smallest amount of effort.

Your Coach

I am one of Australia’s foremost experts on happiness and habits, with over 6,500 hours researching human behaviour in the past eight years. I have worked with organisations as diverse as Amazon and the Reserve Bank of Australia, bootstrapped a startup, and navigated significant personal challenges - aptly described as “four funerals and a wedding.” Today, I help people adopt simple, effective strategies to boost their wellbeing, leadership, and communication skills.

 

The culmination of my research and lived experience is Your Happiness Flywheel and the 5Habits App.
